A love letter by a nerd

26th April 2016

My love
Fedora,

I want you to know that you have been stored in my hard disk. Day and night you come to my RAM and play with my OS. Even my virtual memory is completely full of you. These days I am not being able to execute any functions properly because of you.
You know, I have always wanted to declare you in my class and make you my private data. But I find it hard to do so. Why is that you are so static? Are you already #defined “not_interested_in_love” or have you declared yourself as the final primitive “already_in_love”? Please don’t create this ambiguity.

You treat me as the best ‘friend function’ but still don’t allow me to access any of your private feelings? Sometimes you treat me more than a friend. Many such times I have tried to pass you my feelings, but each time you turn into a void function and return nothing in response. Why is it so? Whether my feelings do not match your data types or you do not take one. At least return zero so that I can know what’s inside your mind. Don’t be a dangling pointer, please.

I know there are some exceptions between us. But I assure you that I can catch all these exceptions and rectify them.

Dear Fedora, I love you and I want to marry you. I promise you that our program will run very smoothly. I won’t let any compiler errors to happen between us in our lifetime. We’ll have our separate stack in this world. We’ll produce our cute little inheritances and will protect them and raise them together.
Fedora, we are perfect for each other.

Your crazy lover,
Java
